High Technology and Development Capability
We have developed and supplied many machines, such as the HTM twin-screw extruder and steel belt sheet manufacturing equipment, all led by our highly creative and experienced engineers. We have extensive knowledge not only of extruders but also of extruder peripheral equipment, and offer customers a complete extrusion line (granulation, sheet manufacturing, blow manufacturing, etc.) from upstream to downstream.
Our Unique Overseas Production & Management System
In addition to our patented products (HTM twin-screw extruder, steel belt sheet manufacturing equipment, etc.), we also handle many other machines made overseas on an OEM basis. We can provide foreign-made machines with Japanese quality at low cost. Customers can purchase inexpensive, high-quality machines under the CTE brand. All maintenance and warranty will be taken care of by CTE.
Conical Extruder Division
Through its own local network, CTE has established a partnership with Baekeland, a global leader in the plastic extrusion technology, pipe and profile industry headquartered in Zhejiang Province, China, as the only authorized exclusive distributor in Japan. This enables the safe, secure, and low-cost installation of high-quality, high-performance Baekeland PVC contour extruders, contour fittings, contour sizing equipment, take-up and cutting equipment, and stackers under the control of CTE, the manufacturer. We also have a maintenance team specialized in conical extruders and can perform maintenance on conical extruders from other manufacturers.
Great Maintenance Team
We have a high quality maintenance system that can handle not only our own machine maintenance but also the maintenance of machines manufactured by other companies (cylinder replacement, reduction gear maintenance, etc.). We have also established an organization that is capable of procuring parts and maintenance cooperation with various overseas manufacturers, and can respond to customers' production with short delivery times so as not to cause any disruption to their production.
